The staff here is really attentive, and the location is fantastic. Plus, it's conveniently close to restaurants while being in a relatively quiet area just off the main highway. 🍽️.

We had the most really enjoyable few days there. We enjoyed this hotel, it was fairly clean with a marvellous and very attentive staff. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was excellent...

Particularly good and unbeatable location in a quiet area, near all beaches, Irvine Spectrum Center and Outlets and grocery stores. Breakfast with sausage, orange juice and a muffin.

This hotel has a great central location, friendly staff—particularly the receptionist—and offers a fantastic selection of delicious food for meals, all within 20 km of the airport.

I was satisfied with extremely spacious rooms complete with the bedroom and a patio, as example. The location was excellent and easy, just off which was a close drive and shopping centers and Irvine Spectrum Center and Outlets. Easily reached Diho Siam, located not very far from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The staff was extremely friendly and outstandingly welcoming. I was able to book the same suite with a balcony that I had reserved online, which I really appreciated.

The staff here was really friendly and the rooms were huge. the location is favorable and absolutely perfect for visiting Lake Forest. - It's conveniently situated next to Irvine Spectrum, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and Newport Beach, as well as shopping centers.

Kind of a party hotel. Loud group on the floor below was easily heard.

Absolutely nothing. When I arrived the lobby was torn apart. It was being renovated and a jack hammer was being utilized at the time of my arrival. The staff was very unfriendly. Dust was flying everywhere.

I didn't like the fact that it took them 15 minutes to check me in. I gave them my confirmation paper from Booked.net and the staff looked at it like he didn't understand it. They also wanted a photo copy of my Drivers License. I have traveled extensively and have never had anyone ask me for a photopy of my D.L. I told them no, they couldn't have one. I didn't like the room. It smelled horrible upon my arrival.. The carpet on the floors were flithy, stains everywhere. The tv was ancient. My guess it was 1995 or older and only like a 21 inch screen. To top it off, there was no remote control. The shower was disgusting. The towels were so rough and small. I wanted to go into the jacuzzi to relax, but it was old and not clean. There was paint all over the floor boards and the doors were ancient too. I could go on, but I think this is plenty.

The hotel has a great location in Lake Forest, close to the airport and Irvine Spectrum Center and Outlets. the room was fabulous with a balcony. Check-in was quick, and they offer onsite parking.
